Select the desired product from the e-store that you would like to order. The product images are for illustrative purposes.

Determine the appropriate amount of products.

The products are then added automatically to the Shopping Basket. The contents of the Shopping Basket will be shown instantly on the screen.

Check the products and quantities in the Shopping Basket. If you have a coupon, please enter the coupon code into the appropriate box.

To continue with checkout, click on the Payment button. At Payment it is also possible to add a promotional coupon code.

One can order as both a registered user or as a guest.

After registration, you can select the shipping and billing address.

Choose the most suitable means of delivery. In Estonia, one can select between using a SmartPOST parcel terminal or delivery by courier to the address of your choosing. Outside of Estonia, all packages are delivered by courier to the specified address.

On the menu, choose at which parcel terminal you would like to receive your order. SmartPOST parcel terminals are self-service post offices. Parcel terminals are located at shopping centers with good access, good parking facilities, and that are open late. Customers receive a door code via text message that will allow them to retrieve their package.

Select your preferred method of payment from our list of secure bank or credit cards.

Once again you will see your order and your shipping details. Please check them over and when all the information is correct, click on the Order button.

You will be directed to make a payment.

The order is submitted. You will receive a bill, which will also be sent to your email address.

If your ordered good happen to be out of stock at the time your order is processed, you will be notified immediately, and we will either provide you with an estimated arrival time or refund your money if desired.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

In Mulier’s e-shop, you can buy with monthly subscriptions, which means that you will receive products selected each month and your credit card will debit the price of the ordered product per month.

Subscriptions can be formalized only with a credit card. Subscription order is without a time limit. Subscription order can be paused / stopped on your account page.

Pending orders will stop automatically if there are no funds available in your account.

In Mulieres online shop you can pay safely through a selection of bank links and credit card payments. Choose a suitable payment option from the following selection.

Return of Goods

You have the right to return goods within 14 days following their receipt.

Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging and a statement of return must be sent in writing by email to Mulieres OÜ at mulieres@mulieres.eu within 14 days.

Repayment for a returned order will be posted to the customer’s bank account within 14 days after the submission of the application, provided that the goods are returned within that time to Mulieres OÜ.

The customer pays the cost of returning the goods unless the goods have defects which were not possible to detect via external inspection and that were not caused by the opening of the package, or if the goods do not meet the customer’s order (the wrong product).

Resolving Misunderstandings

We pay great attention that the ordered products are properly packed and arrive to the client in the best condition. However, if the shipment is damaged or does not arrive within 7 days (20 days for international customers), please contact us via email at mulieres@mulieres.eu, so that we can discuss the situation. We will reply within 2 working days.

Privacy and Data Security

Mulieres OÜ does not distribute the buyer’s personal data to third parties except in order to provide the information necessary for delivery. The buyer has the right to request deletion of their data from the mulieres.eu database.
